Belaya Dacha salads expand into Siberia.

Belaya Dacha salad greens will be available in the Siberian Federal District in September 2019.

On 1 August 2019, Belaya Dacha purchased a 100% stake in the Novosibirsk-based Multimenu GreenLine salad processing factory as part of its strategic regional expansion action plan.  The plant has been renamed Belaya Dacha Novosibirsk LLC.

In September 2019, Belaya Dacha salad greens are expected to hit the shelves in Novosibirsk, Barnaul, Irkutsk, Kemerovo, Krasnoyarsk, Novokuznetsk, Omsk and Tomsk.

Our professionals are currently auditing the plant and implementing Belaya Dacha production and management standards at the new site.  The facility’s total area is 4,000 sq.m. The designed capacity is 160 tonnes of finished products per month.  Food safety is FSSC 22000 certified.

The project has required 430 million rubles in investment, including supplementary equipment purchases.   

Once the investment-targeted processes are optimised accordingly and the new equipment is in place, the facility will be putting out as much as 3,000 tonnes of finished products annually, which translates into an annual sales boost of 15%.
